Cancelling your subscription​
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Steps​
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.
What happens after cancellation​
- Your account is downgraded to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
- All your documents and history are retained for 90 days.
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access.
Refund policy​
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support.
