"Generation failed. Please try again."​
This is a transient error. Wait a few seconds and click Retry. If it keeps failing:
- Check our status page for any ongoing incidents.
- Try a shorter or more specific prompt.
- Clear your browser cache and try in a private/incognito window.
The output is cut off or incomplete​
This usually means the requested document length exceeded the available context for your plan. Try:
- Switching to a shorter report length.
- Breaking the topic into multiple smaller documents.
- Upgrading to a higher plan for larger context windows.
The content is inaccurate or hallucinated​
AIDocing uses large language models and may occasionally produce inaccurate information, especially for recent events. Always review generated content before publishing or distributing.
Tips for better accuracy:
- Provide specific dates, regions, or sources in your prompt.
- Use the Add Source feature to ground the report in specific reference material.
- Enable Verify with Web Search (Pro and Team plans) to include live web citations.
