Troubleshooting login errors

Common login errors​

"Invalid email or password"​

Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the login page.

"Your account has been disabled"​

This usually means a billing issue or a potential security concern. Contact support with your email address and we'll help resolve it.

"Too many login attempts. Please try again later."​

For your security, your account is temporarily locked after several failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow.

"Sign in with Google / GitHub not working"​

  • Make sure you're using the same social account you originally signed up with.
  • Check that you haven't revoked AIDocing's permissions in your Google or GitHub privacy settings.
  • Try clearing browser cookies and cache, then sign in again.
