Verification code not received?​
AIDocing uses email verification codes during sign-up and when logging in from a new device. If you haven't received yours, try the following steps.
Check spam / junk folder​
Verification emails occasionally land in spam. Search your inbox for an email from noreply@aidocing.com.
Request a new code​
On the verification screen, click Resend Code. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting again.
Check the email address​
Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address you used to sign up. If you're unsure which email you registered with, contact support.
Still not receiving it?​
Email deliverability can sometimes be affected by your mail provider. Try:
- Adding
noreply@aidocing.comto your contacts. - Using a different email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
- Contacting your IT department if you're on a corporate network with inbound email filtering.
